For Kids and Teens
Mindfulness, the act of being present in the moment without judgment, is a powerful tool used by professional athletes, CEO's, adults and teens to manage stress and promote health and well-being. During these one-on-one sessions, kids and teens learn mindfulness-based tools and strategies that can easily be incorporated into daily life. Students who learn mindfulness report increased focus and productivity, better sleep, and less stress and anxiety! No prior experience necessary. Note: Sessions are open to high school students LIVE online or in person.
