High school often seems like a thrilling yet terrifying rollercoaster ride. During this time of tremendous physical and emotional growth, huge life changes and intense academic and social pressures, teens often struggle to cope. Mindfulness, the art of paying attention on purpose, can help bolster mental health to promote wellness, focus, and resilience. During this teen workshop, students will learn mindfulness based strategies to help cope with school pressures, reduce anxiety, and rest well!
