Mindfulness, the act of being present in the moment without judgment, is a powerful tool used by professional athletes, CEO's, adults and teens to manage stress and promote health and well-being. During this 4-session course, you will learn mindfulness-based tools and strategies thatcan easily be incorporated into your busy day. Through guided meditations, group discussion, and partner activities you will learn to be more present and less anxious.
