During this session we will take a deep dive into the physiology of the stress response to understand how stress shows up in
ourselves and our students. We will explore simple and easy-to-implement daily tools that streamline into the busyness of
classroom life. Participants will leave with a toolbox of strategies to promote calm and well-being in themselves and their
students.
